2. Licensed Professional Conducts Evaluation
A California-licensed mental health professional conducts an interview with your client, and it is conducted in a professional, trauma-informed manner. Our practitioners meet all CCP 340.1 requirements for knowledge and expertise.
3. Certificate Prepared and Delivered
We prepare the Certificate of Merit in full compliance with CCP 340.1(c), including all required statutory elements. After internal quality review, the certificate is delivered to your firm within 10-14 business days of the evaluation. You receive professionally prepared documentation ready for filing, along with practitioner credentials.
